Do your products come with a warranty? How long does it last?
Yes. We stand firmly behind our craftsmanship. All our juggling and circus props come with an industry-leading 3-year warranty. If any quality issues occur under normal usage, we will provide replacements or technical support.
Do your products meet the import safety standards of my country?
Absolutely. Our products carry CE and EN-71 certifications, which mean they fully comply with the strict safety and environmental standards of Europe, North America, and most importing countries worldwide for secure importing.
Do you support custom logos on products or packaging?
Yes. As a direct manufacturer, we offer comprehensive OEM & ODM services. You can customize product colors, print your brand logo, or request custom retail packaging. Please contact our sales team to discuss the specific MOQ for customization.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? Can I get samples first?
We offer flexible MOQs to support businesses of all sizes, and the MOQ for standard stock items is very low. We also provide samples for quality testing (sample fees can be refunded in your subsequent bulk order).
What is the lead time for bulk orders?
The lead time depends on your order quantity and customization requirements. As one of China’s largest juggling prop manufacturers, we have highly efficient production lines. Generally, standard orders are ready for shipment within 15 to 30 days.
What shipping terms and methods do you support?
We support major international trade terms including FOB, CIF, and EXW. For shipping, we can arrange sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, or international expresses (like DHL/FedEx) to deliver directly to your warehouse, based on your budget and timeline.
